Las Musas Hostel was great! The staff there are all very helpful, especially Pedro who could suggest things to do and places to go! The hostel has a clean kitchen and a large shared room. It is also very close to a metro station and a 5 minute walk to Puerta Del Sol. The free walking tour from the hostel is also very good, and Erica who takes you is very knowledgeable and entertaining. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

Las musas hostel was ok. Its a great place to meet people if you are a solo traveler but thats all. Its too huge and it doesnt have the "home" atmosphere, i was feeling like i am in a hospital but with fancy lights. The staff was ok, i mean even if they want to they cant give you the attention you want.

Was a really great place to meet people. Amazing location. And there is always something going on. Free walking tour was amazing 10/10 for Harriet!!

The hostel is great for the price! The staff is really friendly and everything worked out great. The location is great and is only a few walking minutes from many of Madrid's touristic points. The hostel is really close to Tirso de Molina metro station in downtown Madrid. Will stay there again next time I go to Madrid

Great Hostel!!! Cheap, free breakfast and an awesome free walk tour around the turistic and not places of the capital.

Thank you very much for the service, I really enjoyed the time I was there. Cheers! Ronnie Raul

Lovely staff and location

Good location, atmosphere was great. Had a computer lounge and snooker table. Floors inside the rooms were quite dusty, but the room itself was a good size. Breakfast of churros and hot chocolate / coffee was also included which was nice. However, the lift only started from the 1st floor so we had to lug our luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the ground floor.

The place great, staff very nice, the only drawback was that there's no heating in the rooms, and it was very cold. Besides, the mattresses were very thin and made my back hurt all the time. Besides breakfast was poor, only "churros" which is not very healthy, they could have served bread, butter, cereals, etc. The rest was very nice, very big kitchen, big rooms, nice bathroom, nice atmosphere, I spent a great time there.

Recomendado, cerca de la estación Tirso de Molina, buena onda y buen ambiente. Alberto (the mexican) un verdadero crack, facundo idem

Location was perfect and the staff were very kind. However, the blankets and floor were not so clean.

Hostel is in a great location; close to the metro station, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Very clean, hot showers and a great kitchen to cook in. The hostel also offers activities like a pub crawl for about 12.50 euros and other things. Overall it was a great hostel!

Price is so nice but its not clean to satisfied. That's all. But a staff was kind when i checked out.

I booked a four-bed room together with some friends. I was suprised that we got a really big room with four single beds! Not even bunkbeds. There were big windows and we had a bathroom inside our room. So it was shared, but only available for the people living in that room. The only negative thing was the cold water that came quickly after you started a shower.

I had an amazing stay. The staff (AKA Pedro) was so helpful when I was looking for housing in the area, and also very nice!! Tried their Paella - definitely a must for 3 euro! Location was perfect, located right next to the Metro stop, and just a few minutes walk to Puerta Del Sol. I stayed in a 6 bedroom and it was a good price, and met some awesome people. They make it really easy to socialize with others, and have fun organized events! Wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24 hour reception was a plus!

Cold shower for the last day but the staff give me another room to use the shower

perfect for all people and good team, thanks you

AMAZING STAFF! Loved this hostel it had a super friendly atmosphere and great location, close to the metro stop so it was easy to drag all my luggage. Provided helpful information about the city, gave me a map, cooked tasty paella for only 3 Euro. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to others!

Rude staff.

Really cool location near a lot of good restaurants. About 20 minute walk to Retiro and the museums, 10 minutes to Puerta del Sol, metro station 2 minutes away on the line that connects to Atocha and Chamartín (main train stations). Supermarket also really close and the hostel kitchen is really big if you prefer to cook. Wifi only works on the ground floor and basement, so no staying up in your room to sit on a computer!
