Very good hostel (almost a hotel), great staff and pretty decent structure. The hot shower, comparing to other hostels and cities in Peru I´ve stayed in, is really a highlight! Also they give you full support on the tours and city tips during your stay. Strongly recommended!

We stayed in a private double room. Extensive breakfast which they change every day. Location is perfect, few blocks from the Plaza. They clean your room every day with clean towels. Only problem we had was with hot water shower that was not hot, when we told this they fixed it.

This hotel is very nice, location is the best! 5 minutes to all main attractions of Arequipa. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb-plenty of good and tasty food and differs every day, rooms are clean and comfortable. And at last Lolo (a turtle that lives there) is very charming!

The hostel was nice enough, although the shower flooded after each use (only inside the shower, drainage problem). It was quiet for resting and the breakfast was good with free extras like eggs. The location was pretty good, and they were generally keen to help, but not all staff.

The location is fantastic. We stayed in the courtyard rooms, which were beautiful. We mostly hung out in the courtyard, but the roof also had a great view and we took many pictures of the sun setting by the mountains. The staff was very helpful. They recommended a great tour company and let us store our bags while we went to Colca Canyon for 2 days. The breakfast was also really tasty, especially the banana-filled pancakes! They also opened breakfast early for us on the days we had early starts.
