one of the best hostals during the last 5 months in south america! simon and the rest of the crew were extremly friendly and always there to help us or give useful advises. also we have to mention the breakfast, which was brilliant :) we had a good time and (if back in Manizales) we would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to buses to centre. One of the best breakfasts I've had in Colombia. And it was a nice touch to be surprised with an impromptu cuppa when I was probably looking a bit tired and stressed one afternoon. The dorm mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and I had the rooster crowing right next to my window - earplugs might be handy - but the garden, hot showers, staff etc make this worthwhile.

It was clean, friendly, and generally agreeable in every way. The facilities are very nice. The atmosphere is a bit less outgoing and youth-oriented compared to other hostels, but no complaints at all.
