Quite far from metro. B&B but breakfast is not worth waking up for. The room was horribly hot. We ended up sleeping on the floor as it was cold. No air con and not even a fan. Noone there to ask for some cooling help. There is somebody only for 2-3h a day. When in the morning I asked for a fan the lady was not too interested to help me and just said they dont have any fan. Avoid.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Information provided on Hostelworld.com website needs to be updated; the reception NOT open 24 hrs, credit card NOT accepted, air conditioning NOT available as advertized. Staff had an extremely disrespectful attitude from the moment he saw us, verbally mocked us, scoffed at our sincere apology, accused us of lying, repeatingly shouted "When I ask a question, I expect one answer." He neglected to show us how the four different keys work and refused to accept credit card.

This happen when you set arrival at 12:00 and you arrive at 19:00 , 7 HOURS AFTER !!!!!!!

The good points are that the room was spacious, there were two shower rooms and that there were 3 locked doors between our room and the exit. The bad points are that there was no access to the kitchen area so we couldn't prepare food, it was literally a room in a building. The location was okay as there were buses everywhere but nothing in super close walking distance. Staff are friendly but no one was there on arrival so we had to call them to let us in. Also there are no lockers for valuables.

The reception is a little difficult to find, but the place we stayed was real clean and spacious. If I'm going to Rome I'll make sure to stay at this place :)

Breakfast is average. Rooms comfortable but a bit noisy from traffic. Staff aren't very helpful or available. Showers are small.

The hostel was a good location, a 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum and the nearest metro station is roughly 10 minutes walk. It was not very clear that we had to pay an extra 31.50euros on arrival due to city tax. We assumed the small print at the bottom of the booking confirmation that said "taxes not included", meant Taxes not included, apparently that means taxes included. Breakfast was okay, croissants and juice. However, the air conditioning was not working in 32 degree weather!

This is really just a place to stay. There are no common rooms. No kitchen. So when you are there you are confined to your room. Other than that, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast might as well not exist at all. It's a dry bun in plastic wrap. No reception, so make sure you show up exactly when you say.
