It was overall not a very good experience. My biggest complaints were the fact that the very first night the electricty went out completely and there is no sort of reception at the hostel to talk to except in the morning from 8 am until about noon. Despite calling the necessary number, no one came back to help even though we were told they would be, and we called 4 times in addition to other guests calling. In addition, we were without wi-fi for the last 3 days and no one came to fix it.

The hostel is in a great location. However if you are making your way there make sure that you have a working mobile in order to call and arrange to meet the manager. The wifi is excellent and the rooms a spacious. The showers however are a joke. You are lucky if you get hot water and then the pressure is like little water droplets. Let's just say you get what you pay for here

Really nice and central hostel with big rooms. Make sure you call them 30mins before you are arriving as they have no reception. We arrived at 8:30pm and had to wait till 9 to be let in. Also watch out for the €3.5 city tax/person, increases the overall cost! All in all a good hostel, comfy with big rooms and literally 5 mins walk from the colosseum. It needs new showers and slightly better organisation from staff, but for €18.50 (inc tax) /person for a double room, you cant get much better!

The location is good, quite close to the Colosseum. The staff is ok but the person at the so-called reception is not there all the time so you have to be very precise about the arrival time in order to find someone there. The door at the entrance is extremely noisy, parking is very hard to find and expensive, and breakfast is a bad joke! And don't forget about the 3,5EUR/person you have to pay extra.

my arrival time was 11 am. I was there at 11:30 and it was close. I called them and they told me I have to stay in front of the building waiting for a stuff to come. she came after 45 min. then she register my name and I paid the money. then she told me that your room is not ready. we have to clean it. you have to come back at least after one hour. there was also some other problems : no air condition the shower was not working properly

Not a bad stay for the price you pay. There was no shower head in the shower so it was literally a hole in the roof. Location was good and staff friendly
