the shared bathroom makes you sometime wait in the corridor for previous user to leave, if you come after 10 people there is water everywhere, but as we get up early this was not a problem. The room was correct, the bed was very good, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our trip.

The rooms were ok. Cleanliness was ok. But they don't offer breakfast. One point was horrible: Most staff members at the reception desk were totally rude and impolite!!! They didn't help at all! We had a small complain and the only answer we received was: "You can check out whenever you would like to. Would you like to check out right now?" That's totally rude and inappropriate!!! Because of that behaviour, I will never stay at the hotel again!

Great place to stay (location between Empire State Building and Flat iron), rooms are okay as we spent most of the time in the amazing streets of New York. Prices are quite good for NY.

My main concern was how clean the hotel would be as reviews previous have not been great but it was fine. A cleaner came every day and changed the sheets and gave fresh towels and the bathroom was always clean although we did still bring flip flops just incase as it was shared. I went to new york with a friend and wanted a walking distance to most places with basic accomodation to use as a base and sleep and thats what we got. Staff were always helpful to me when I needed something.Great value!

the staff on reception werent very helpful although there was lots of them they didn't get doors, or call lifts what were they actually doing and a smile or hello wouldnt go a miss. p.s we can store your luggage but its in full view of the lobby all day and anyone could probably take them or tamper with them . you do get a yellow card but when i collected my bags wasn't asked to produce it hmmm here lies the problem.

Really disgusting hotel! Really dirty in the rooms and in the bathrooms. The telephone rang all day long, but nobody was on the phone. Little bugs in the bathroom. Disgusting rooms. It might be okay if you stay for one night and don't need to take a shower. They charge you for the internet.
