Feel the heartbeat of DC with our clean, well located apartment 1 block to the U St Metro rail Station & U St. This great space offers a convenient and private atmosphere in and close to the best of DC. Beginning with our neighborhood-the internationally known, historic and entertainment heavy U St Neighborhood-enjoy brunch, concerts, the museums, shop at the boutiques or appreciate the beautifully preserved homes and architecture. Walk/bike/taxi/metro rail to the National Mall, Chinatown, 14th Street, DuPont Circle, Adams Morgan, Georgetown and more.
Rooms are private and standard with a full size bed, desk, hi-speed internet. Shared common spaces include a washer, dryer and kitchen. The furnished kitchen comes with cooking and eating utensils, appliances and microwave. Personal items can be secured in your room.

Payment is due upon arrival. Check-In is by your arrival time, Check Out is 10AM. Please confirm your arrival time with us at least 24 hours before your visit by calling or email. All guests are to clean up after themselves and return unit to original condition.
** PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $25 fee for ARRIVALS BETWEEN 7PM-11PM***
Expected Behaviors:
1. Guests must clean-up after themselves immediately
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM (be considerate and reduce noise when coming in late)
Terms & Conditions
Payment in full is due upon arrival. We do not accept personal checks. A valid credit card is required for reservations. Guests should call or email 24 hours prior to the arrival date to confirm the arrival time. Check-in is by appointment only on the arrival date, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the departure date. All guests must show a government issued photo ID upon check-in. Arrivals between 7PM-11PM will require an additional $25 fee. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one nights stay. If the guest does not cancel the reservation or arrive the first night of the reservation, the remainder of the reservation will be canceled. Guests should make stay extension requests at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. Stay extension requests may require the guest/s to switch rooms. Accommodations are available only to travelers from outside a 45 mile radius of Washington, DC. We do not accommodate walk up guests. We make no refunds however, we do understand that extenuating circumstances can occur. Should this happen, a gift certificate (good for one year) will be issued.
