Centrally located and - in addition to that- tram and bus-stops right at our doorsteps, Lauria's an ideal starting-point for sightseeing.
We offer individual accommodation in private flats consisting of 1 to 5 guest rooms. You can stay in an apartment by yourself or those who are on a tight budget can share a flat with other travellers.
In our nearest vicinity you will find lovely restaurants, a huge shopping centre, banks, supermarkets, internet-cafés, medical doctors and many more useful things.
Our prices, well just have a look at them ... they are so much lower than the average ones. This does not mean, however, that the quality offered is any less. Not at all. The rooms are lovely ... and where else are you invited to use fully equipped kitchens to considerably keep down your expenses? In our premises you can prepare a cup of tea for 2 cents instead of paying 2 Euros elsewhere.
Should you wonder why our rates could be this low, the explanation is simple: We don´t have a 24 hour reception cover.
The desk opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 1 p.m. (Check-in, however, possible till 11.30p.m.).
For emergencies we are, of course, there for you around the clock. Just call us, we are happy to help.
ATTENTION:
Most of our rooms have French double-beds, sleeping 2 persons. Please advise us in due course if you wish seperate beds. The cheapest rooms have bunk-beds. The rooms are private but only offer 'shared facilities', that means, showers and toilets are outside the room to be 'shared' with other guestes.
Our apartments are set up in different buildings. They all have fully equipped kitchens and there is a TV in every room.
CANCELLATIONS / ALTERNATIONS: As 95% of our guests book in advance via internet there is almost no demand for bookings for the same day by phone. As a result, we (our computer) only accept cancellations/alternations till 72 hours in advance. Your booking is treated as package and cannot be cancelled partly. Not showing up or not cancelling in time results in you being charged for the first night of your reservation. For groups (6 persons and more) 1 week's notice has to be given. Bookings with debit-card-guarantee not accepted.
By booking in our premises, guests automatically accept all rules/information mentioned, especially in respect to our cancellation/alternation-policies
MINIMUM-STAY: 2 continuous nights.
