Too expensive for an hostel. The atmosphere is really cold. Staff are not really friendly, It's not downtown, And most of all, it's impossible to be a bag-packer in this hostel! There is no kitchen, to have a place in a fridge, you have to ask at the reception, and if you have others food, there is no place to put it. So there is peoples which conserve their food in the bedroom, it's disgusting. If you want to park a car, you pay for 24h but you could park it only until 12am. Too expensive

Best hostel breakfast I've ever had. It's well outside of the downtown area, but the free transport card makes it a good value. They are missing some things though rooms should have lockers and wifi.

This is a great place in terms of cleanliness and good facilities. To push the rating towards 100%, two things need to happen: WiFi in the WHOLE building (not just the lobby), and install lockers in the rooms please. The complimentary breakfast is great. Staff are helpful. There is a laundromat but its a little expensive.

This was, overall, a very good hostel. It is pricey, but hey, it's Switzerland and you do actually get what you pay for. The free breakfast especially is great. It's not your usual hostel breakfast (scabby toast, dodgy cereal and instant coffee, if that) but it's actually the quality of a (cheapish) hotel breakfast: proper bread with several choices of different cheese, good muesli, yoghurt etc.

Although the location is quite far from the centre, the transport card makes it easy enough to get there. The location right by the lake is perfect for swimming and BBQs. The hostel didn't have a great feel, but the breakfast was brilliant. The lack of self-catering facilities were annoying, but the restaurant wasn't bad value by Swiss standards, and there was a microwave. The bathrooms were good but the bedrooms were a bit sparse: lockers and a mirror would have been welcome!
