The room is small but clean. The wall is thin and the room is so closed to the washrooms, you hear every movement of others. But the staffs are friendly. For the breakfast, supply some coffee filter paper, please....
The lock of the door seems easy to break in, don't really feel safe while sleeping and going out leaving the stuff in the room with that fragile lock. Other than that, everything was good.

We arrived very late (around 10pm) in Plaza Mahkota and we missed the night market and also, it was really scary that time of the night so we just opted to sleep to prepare for the next morning. It has a very homey common area with cable TV at sofas. WiFi signal is weak in our room upstairs so we had to go down to the common area to have a better WiFi access. I agree with the other reviews that they should have a better sound-proof rooms. For people like us who travel as a group, we cannot help
