This is a newly built two bedroomed apartment in the leafy and safe suburb of Lavington, three minutes walk to public transport and ten minutes walk to The Junction Mall that has numerous shops, fast food outlets, restaurants, taxis, banks and ATM's.

The apartment has a spacious living room and an ample size kitchen. The Master bedroom has a massive King size double bed while the second room has a Queen size double bed. This means that the apartment comfortably sleeps four people, two each sharing a bed in each room, or or two couples.

The apartment is fully equipped with cable TV, washing machine, cutlery, linens, towels, crockery, internet, 1 designated parking etc.
