Great location (5min walk to full moon party beach), clean, AWeSOME staff. I was there during 'off season' (non-full moon time) so me and a few other guests had the place to ourselves but the location is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, food stores, etc. Recommend!

Nice hostel, in a good location, walking distance to the full moon beach! The staff are amazing! Both Becky and Taco went out their way to make me feel welcome. It a great idea to go to the Outback bar to meet other people from the hostel and have a beer!! Thanks for a great stay. G.

The hostel was a great place to stay. It was very clean and everything in top notch condition. The staff were very friendly and able to give advice on where to go. I was also given a tour to help me get my bearings! The guest lounge is just around the corner in the Outback bar, great bar with amazing food. Would definitely come back and advise fellow travellers to stay there. Much nicer than some of the other hostels I have stayed in on my travels!

Funky smell in our room, however can't complain since we had a 26 bed dorm to ourselves! The guy who worked there was really nice, and seemed genuinely concerned about our safety during Black Moon and Shiva. Can't say much about the other Lazyhouse staff at the Outback bar and restaurants, they were surly at best and the guys at Outback weren't very happy about us using the free Guest Lounge.... which was awesome, by the way! Food was a little expensive but the Farang food was great!

It is not really an hostel, just a big dormitory. The food and (too hot, not so nice) lounge room are in another building 5 minutes walk away. The internet connection was not good, very slow and flaky.

great location not too close to the parties on the beach to be kept awake but a 2 minute walk and your straight into the action. staff were great and very helpfull with info on everything from where to rent a bike to where the best parties are. food in the lazy house restuarant and outback bar opposite the hostel is the best by far in hadd rin and the security was totally up to scratch , would definatly recomend a stay here for full moon and in between parties cheers lazy house!!!

Had a great time here , friedly staff and always ready to answer any questions . Clean and tidy ,close to the beach and the pier . will be back .

I liked the fact that the hostel had several locations, i.e. the restaurant and hang out lounge was not where the dorms are.

I had a great stay at Lazy House for Full Moon Party. At first I was not happy with the dorm room and bed I was placed in, but I simply asked if I could be moved and the staff was very accommodating. They moved me to a bigger dorm room with way more space because hardly anybody was in there. The staff at Lazy House really put in a effort to help you meet fellow travellers. Lazy House is in a great location. It's right close to the action but far enough away to get a good nights sleep!

stayed during full moon week originally with 5nights minimum stay but had to shorten to 4nights, they advised that refund was not possible. good package with breakfast til 5pm, vodka bucket and dinner on full moon night. staff was excellent and their restaurants offered big portions which is a great value for money. only downside was the room was not cleaned everyday but the public hallways are always kept clean. good water pressure but 1 day the toilet was clogged but got immediately fixed.

The entire Lazy House Hostel family was extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout outs to Jon, Bolt, Becky, and Tacco . You guys made everyone feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hostel to fellow travellers and friends.

What a great find. Rooms clean, food was so yummy I'm still dreaming of it, location was perfect, staff so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. Will defo be back and recommending this place along my travels.

Fantastic atmosphere, made some amazing friends and loved every minute of it. Facilities themselves are pretty basic and there is a crazy amount of beds for the size of the place, but that only added to the fun atmosphere.

There had been a misstake with our reservation when first got to Lazy house, which wen you understand how busy the fullmoon party is understandable, especially when we only arrived on the afternoon before the party. But the staff at Lazy were excellant and made sure we had some where to stay. The guy who runs the place was always friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. Great location and bars joined to hostel were some of best in area. Jon the owner always had time for his guests.

Accommodation options were falsely advertised.

We were mislead on what type of room we had booked. We booked 4 beds in a "4 bed dorm" and 4 beds in a "6 bed dorm" - when we turned up we were given 3 beds in a 16 bed dorm and 4 beds in a 22 bed dorm. Nothing was offered to make a mends for this situation. Furthermore, upon returning to the dorm to sleep after our first night out we found that one of our beds had been double booked with somebody else, leaving one of us to sleep on the floor. Not good enough

shower drain was blocked. a free breakfast is different to a voucher for a set amount that only gets you toast - advertise accordingly. that said, it was a pleasant stay and the manager was polite. we were however promised a twin room, which is what we booked online in advance, however upon arrival we were given a double room.. not ideal and the attitude of staff towards this was appalling!

I stayed at this hostel over the full moon party, so it was full and very busy. I was in the 26 bed dorm, which was great. Really good air-con and the beds were clean and comfy. Lockers were secure. Great location, with lots of restaurants all around and the beach only a 5 min walk away. Also very close to the peir as well. We got a free bucket every night and 100BHT towards our breakfast. The only bad thing was the disgusting smell and state of the toilets.Would stay again if they were clean.
