There are 3 bedrooms, bright and comfortable, all with private bathroom with shower and bidet. They are located on the ground floor and have an exit to the garden and porch.
You will have breakfast in the dining room, warmed by a fireplace in winter, and you can relax in the common room on the first floor with comfortable sofas and TV. There is a beautiful view of Mount Subasio from here, and you can relax in the quiet countryside.
Around the house there is a grove of 70 thousand square meters ideal for long walks and some forest fruit.

Breakfast buffet, bed linen and towels provided, toiletries, hair dryer, daily housekeeping, use of water, electricity and gas, use of barbecue, reserved free parking, use of 2 common rooms with TV sofa and fireplace, all taxes and fees
