Good atmosphere, it was great to have lockers in the rooms and at reception, and fantastic to finally find a hostel with a hand basin and soap in the toilets (although not the ones in the rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff, good kitchen facilities but rather cramped and crowded in the evening, though I suppose that is inevitable.
Good hostel very close to the metro! Not for solo travellers - no atmosphere.
We had a great stay. The room was very clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. The atmosphere downstairs was cool too. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast! Very limited choice. One morning we went down at 9:35 and there was only toaster bread left with a toaster that didn't seem to be working at all. Also they weren't making any more coffee!!

The breakfast was good, it helped me start the day. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I had a great time at Le Montclair Montmartre Hostel & Budget Hotel. It was very clean, quiet and I met some really cool people there. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. If I return to Paris, I will definitely go back to this place.
I had a great stay here. Not centrally located but close enough to two Metro stops. It was very clean and the staff was nice. Rooms are card access and there were only small lockers for small belongings, not suitcases. Extremely fast wifi throughout the building. The ensuite bathroom was a definite plus and the shower was amazing. Plenty of cafes and stores nearby. I would stay here again!
The room was too cold even in the morning. Location was good and near the subway stations. The breakfast was only one croissant and drink, not enough. If you stay in private rooms you have to go outside of building to take a shower.
The hostel is in the ghettos of Paris. We didn't feel safe at all. We stayed in a double bed private room and it was too tiny there was no space to move! It was not soundproof whatsoever! There was no elevator, you have to carry your heavy luggage all the way up to the floor by taking a very tiny staircase. There was no soap in any of the toilets. The price was way too much for what this hostel offered. They charge while checking in and you pay the hostelworld price after a city tax addition!
Very good hostel , very clean and calm. Staff very helpfull and friendly and in perfect location. 5min from the metro, around plenty very nice restaurant and boulangerie. And only 20min walk from Sacré Coeur. I will definetively recommend you this hostel.
If it is your first time staying in Paris, I would recommend something closer to the centre of the city. Had to take at least 2 metros to get into the heart of Paris, which wasn't bad, but added to the cost and time of the trip. The walls are super thin, and you can hear everything from people walking up the stairs to people coming in and out of their rooms. The breakfast was just okay, and i picked up fruit from the local shops to pair with my croissant and coffee.
It was clean and I liked the common spaces. Small lockers for valuables, baggage room for suitcases. The showers/changing area are extremely tiny, but good enough.
It was kind of noisy. there was always music playing. That was okay, as it was definitely geared toward younger people, so that would have been just part of the atmosphere, but then one of the nights there was also a family with small children who ran up and down the halls and knocked into doors and walls. If the hostel was going to cater to young people, then young adult guests shouldn't also have to put up with children. Location was ok facilities were simple but ok. No soundproofing

A very nice and clean hostel. Great staff. Far from down town Paris, but you can get there with the metro in no time.
Very enjoyable stay in Paris. A little off from the main sites but the metro is easily accessible. Friendly staff and fellow lodgers were extremely welcoming. If you want a cozy hostel in Paris then this is the one for you.
Good place to stay. Cosy atmosphere... Very good breakfast. A pretty servicial staff... I've met with several argentina people and de had a very nice evening... Each room has individual, free lockers. Although it's located a little far from downtown by walking, the metro is not heavily expensive and it covers the whole city
Hostel was good in all aspects but is a little out of the heart of Paris.. One the first day we took a walk around the area & ended up in not a very nice part of town with no English & it felt particularly unsafe.. So we decided to purchase food from a local grocer & head back to the hostel.. The next day once we had our bearings we found the train station very easily & once in the heart of Paris all was excellent. Breakfast was included but it is limited. You get a croissant, juice, jam.
The Internet in the rooms was poor. Our door didn't lock very well and there were only lockers in the lobby. The atmosphere was more calm and not many people were talking to each their (at least for the 2 days i was there) a little pricy for what it is. But all in all, it was Fine.
Great Hostel, near the metro and montmartre! The room was big, a lot of windows so it wasn't hot in spite of the summer. The bathroom was very clean and the breakfast good. Would totally come back.
Loved this hostel the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Very close to metro. Would recommend 100%
