this place was great as it was near both metro and bus lines. its a cool place, but only problem was they didnt clean the rooms very often and the receptionist sent us on a wild goose chase for the bateau mouche!

By and large we really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay there again - bit of a let-down on the last day, my friend asked for a wake-up call which didn't come and missed his flight home.

The pub crawl that is advertised through the hostel is not worth the "deals" they say you get. We paid 12 euro just to be apart of the pub crawl, but then we had to pay 6 euro at each bar, which was the "deal" for the drinks, instead of 7 or 8 euro.

I feel that a cosy sofa is missing in the main place. Better programs on the tv would have been helpful. Finally, the basement for breakfast is always closed after breakfast. full utilisation of that room would mean, we can have a pool table or some card games etc.

The floors in the rooms needed vacuuming. The girl at the desk needed to smile more especially if one is attempting to communicate with her in French. Good breakfast included.

Very nice english- talking staff. Stayed in a 4- bed- mixed- room on 6th floor; was good. Toilet and shower are okay if you aren't staying for a long long time. Breakfast was enough, BUT the people are fantastic :).

The hostel is pretty far from the city center and isn't the best place to be walking back to late at night (especially if you're a girl). But, the place was pretty clean and the breakfast was the best free food I've gotten at a hostel so far. Plus, the staff here is friendly and very helpful! Overall, not the best location, but still a good value!

The hostel it's very small, but clean, very close to jules joffrin station. The only sad aspect is the fact that during the night, due to the smallness of the hostel, you can hear a lots of noises of people that goes up and down in the stairs!!!

Glaciers have melted in less time it took to get checked in. They didn't have a record of our 2nd night either. Avoid.
