Bathroom was smelly and hot - it needed better ventilation. The lockers didn't seem to work and the dorm was unlocked, so all personal items were always unsecured. We had no problems with this, but it was not ideal.

The recepcionist controls the air conditioning and it is not working the hole day. Therefore, when I arrived at 4pm one day the dormroom was boiling and it took a long time to be standable.

Where is the services! No people here! Just here to have your money...

For all backpackers staying in the "backpackers room", there is one dirty bathroom between 14, complete with urinal that stinks. They overbooked and tried to put people in our beds each time we left the hotel for the day. Terrible organisation. Passports just left behind the counter, no security. My advice is go next foor - same price for two or more people but you get your own bedroom and bathroom. Le pont was a big disappointment.

Rooms were a bit dirty and there were small bugs everywhere on the walls. If we go there again we will try to find a different place to stay.

The hostel was fine and fulfilled our expectatives. Good location and very cheap. It consists in a big mixed-room with lockers for putting your belongings. The staff was very kind and they spoke English. A sole bath for everybody is the only incovenience I detected. Totally recommended if you don't mind to share the room.

Just one bathroom/shower which smelled. The girl at the counter was very nice.

Really nice hotel with a modern dorm room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Although one bathroom for a 14 share dorm can be a real annoyance.

Excellent staff! And the rooms were neat and clean. Very good location too!

Very good Hotel and good value considering the Vietnamese Holiday. Good spacious rooms and nicely located away from the main street. The staff were very helpful as well. Our only complaints were the hot water was turned off in the morning. We were told this was to conserve energy, which I understand. However, we hadn't left our room yet and weren't able to use the hot water. also, the maid came and rang the bell in our room at 8:30am to give us towel. annoying, as we were on vacation.
