Much better than my entire group expected. Our stay was hassle-free and was definitely within our price range. No real problems to report.

common guys, you should mention in the hostel description that check-in time is 4pm. after 12 hours flight what one needs is a place to have a rest,a shower, place to change underpants at least. apart of that the rest was ok, in a french-i'm not generally interested in you-way of thinking

Nice place - good location, friendly atmosphere, very usefull kitchinette, free wi-fi in the lobby. Some cupboards or shelfs or boxes or anything else to put your stuff in the room and bathroom would be nice.

Staff was uneven. One of them (a man) behave inhumanly. Dorm had deficient heating and one night I fell ill. So I went down to use a PC and the phone to look up another hotel; he told me that guests couldn’t use the phone and that I should walk 3 blocks to a public one (in the snow, with a fever, at 3 am! -Jan17-). I went back to the dorm, and I got so much worst that I asked for help; a roommate had to use her own phone and PC to inmediately get a new hotel for me. I could left after midday.

Heater was not working properly in our room, it was realy cold to sleep or take a shower. They charged us 30 euros for the extra night, so not worth the money to stay there. Another thing that bothers is having to leave the keys at the reception every time you go out. Location is very good though.

The woman in charge the Kitchen was really mean. She didn't allow me to take 3 croissants and we saw someone took more than 3, which was ridiculous to me and my friends.... and the day there were many croissants left and , my friends and I was just feeling bad and sad. Such a croissant officer!

- Positive points: The hostel is nice. It was clean and the bed was confortable. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was very good. The shower was warm and the bathroom was clean. - Negative points: For some reason the internet was not working. And it was not possible to hang the douche on the wall when I was on the shower, so had to hold it with one hand all the time.

The hostel has nice rooms, it's very clean and the staff is very kind. It's not a 'party hostel', but if you're traveling alone it's possible to meet some people at the common area. The location is good with a metro station nearby (it's about 20 minutes from Anvers station to some tourist places). I would stay in this hostel again.

Wonderful location and all around pretty good hostel. The breakfasts were excellent! Too bad the shower was a bit broken; you had to hold it on yourself to clean and the beds were really squeaky. Otherwise though, it was great!

Very good hostel, close to the subway, the breakfast is good, the common room is always full of nice people, the luggage storage is very safe. The bad thing is that you don't have lockers in your room, only in the reception, where you can use that for free. And it is expensive, maybe because it was new year's eve, but in Paris, new year's eve is like any other night, nothing special, unless you are full of money to pay for the expensive private parties.

There weren't lockers, reading lights, places to hang your clothes in the room. That are not necessary things but they could make the stay more comfortable. Showers where old and quite unclean, there were even some kind of insects. Guest kitchen is very small and also it's poor equipped. At least hostel managers were really friendly and helpful. Also this hostel has enough place like a bar and a terrace to meet new people.

A really small hostel. The public lobby is usually crowded and the room is also very small. Beds in the room are not so comfortable. A nice thing is that the staffs there are really warm and helpful.
