The building has an interesting vibe as the main floor use to be a restaurant. The breakfast in the morning is good and filling as you can pretty much eat as much as you want. If you're on a high enough floor and on the right side of the building you'll have a view of Basilique du Sacré-Cœur which is beautifully lit up at night. The internet was a bit dodgy while we were there and they could use a new hot plate in the kitchen area as one of the plates doesn't work.

I really enjoyed staying in "Le Village", especially because we had a room with a view on Sacré-Coeur. It takes you only a two-minute walk to get to the next metro station. There are safes where you can keep your valuable belongings. I will definitely recommend this youth hostel to friends.

The place was excellently located and you could do with a better WiFi it wont cost you much half your staff was very nice and the other half was more interested to fraternise with the female guests rather then pay attention to their job.Colour scheme needs a change for lighter shades to give the place a roomier look.

Very good hostel!!! The staff is amazing (mainly Alfred and Jean). The room is clean, but there is not luggage storage inside the room. The location it is the best, only 2 blocks from Sacre Coeur. For sure I'll recommend it.

Great location and atmosphere. I can recommend it for everyone, who would like to socialize with other travellers. The room was ok, breakfast is good, staff is friendly. For this price level, I don't think we could have found a better hostel in Paris. I'll definitely come back.

Great location, staff was very welcoming. Ten minute walk from the Moulin Rouge, 2 minutes from the Sacre Coeur and 2 minutes from a metro station (Anvers). Everyone was super cool and had a great time. Worth the money fo sho.

Good hostel - friendly staff and great location near Sacre Coeur. I loved the terrace and the free breakfast was nice. The wireless connection could have been better and the beds could be better organized (maybe numbered?). I came back one night and someone else was sleeping in my bed because the other woman forgot to bring her sheets down so the staff unmade my bed instead. But that stuff happens with hostels. Overall my stay was a ton of fun. :)

This is a good hostel. Rooms are clean and ensuite bathroom was Goidelic. Breaky isvearly but quite good. I would stay here again and can recommend it. I stayedvin 2 hostels in Montmarte and this was the best.

Does not worth the money you pay, 45 euro for an old Mattress that seriously hurt my back? On top of that our toilet smells like pee... If you can look for a better place.

Everything was good, except the wifi didn't work well at all and the place was a furnace! Apparently the boss is the only one who can control the temperature and he never comes in. So everyone was made to suffer for at least the time I was there.

This was my second year staying at Le Village in Paris. It's definitely a good hostel in a good location. Just note that the rooms can be a bit small and there are no in-room lockers, which can be a bit of a hassle. I also wish that there was at least a hook or something in the shower for towels. Overall though, a pretty solid hostel with good clientele that like to go out and have a good time.

Very nice, I really liked the hostel for the location, staff, cleanliness, and pretty quiet at times. An informal introduction to city w- map and where to go as introduction would be an added bonus

In contrast to other hostels the staff here weren't very friendly. I asked for recommended places to go, and had the lady point to random spots on the map, when i asked for her to write it down she just did the same thing again and told me to look at the map on the wall. Also when i asked about free tours it took me a while to get the location out of her when she simply could have said it. Breakfast was good though. Oh and their wifi works sometimes and is extremely slow when it does work.

It was the first time I lived in a Hostel and I am not disappointed that I had chosen this one. The hostel is pretty good, rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is standard for France, staff was friendly.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom. Which was nice. It had it's own private bathroom and shower. Also, you had to walk outside of the main hostel, but it was still convenient. The patio was also a nice place to hang out and have a drink. I would probably stay here again.

I found the staff here really friendly and helpful. It was great to make use of the kitchen and I appreciated being able to cook for a friend (who wasn't staying in the hostel) and hang out with him in the kitchen/dining area for the evening. Free wifi is super handy. They had recently painted the room I was in, which meant it smelt a little in the room but on the upside, the room looked fresh and bright. Clean linen and blankets included is a plus.
