Me and my roommate stayed there for 5 days and all in all it was a good experience. it has all the basic amenities you need. it's also near a lot of food and shopping establishments, if you're on a budget but needs to stay downtown, consider this place.

It was very good! However, we were at the hotel at the time of a sprinkler incident which caused the stairs to be closed! Not only was this dangerous if a fire had occurred, but it caused major waiting for the lift! It was slow to begin with but adding on the fact it was the only way to go down made the wait even longer

A cheap and cheerful place to stay in central old town Miami. We chose to stay there than the more popular Miami beach to get away from the young party people. So if it's young partying you want go to Miami beach. But for a well located and easily accessible place the leaking ton is good. It's very old Nd has recently had a coat of paint. But for the money it's ok.
