I've really liked my experience day. It's a really nice a comfortable place to stay if you're visiting Budapest. The people there were really kind and helped me a lot with what to do and where to go around the city. So thank you very much guys!

The staff was very nice. They didn't talk much but they were very funny and they suggested us good restaurant in Budapest. The location was perfect that we were close to almost everywhere. The room we stayed was close to the kitchen, which was noisy in the morning. If you have plenty of time that you don't need to wake up early, it could be a problem. The toilet and shower was a bit too narrow. The linens were clean but you would want a newer ones.

Pretty average hostel. Whilst clean, there are too few showers and toliets and almost no atmosphere. Most groups staying are large groups of Europeans who tend to stick to themselves and remain quite loud throughout the stay. Difficult to meet people. However, was a cheap stay. Remember to bring milk if you want tea or coffee.. most places in Hungary don't provide it!

The place was great. There's also a nice common area to make friends. I have two impressions about the staff: two of the guys were helpful but didn't speak too much. Another guy was reeeally helpful and sympathetic. The lockers are big, but kinda narrow, but all your valuables are going to fit in. The location is PERFECT: right at the Oktagon, close to everything (nightclubs, shops, market, etc). I didn't even buy the daily pass, because most places were just a few minutes away by foot.

In general, my experience of this hostel was fine. I went there with my Hungarian lover for one night and thought I booked a double room but on arrival was given a room with two single beds. It did really ruin the festivities if you know what I mean but the a double bed would have been better. Furthermore, the young gentleman working on reception appeared stoned although that didn't not really bother my lover and I so much. :)

The staff was helpful to me, and the hostel had a friendly atmosphere. The location was great as well. I'll mention two things they need to improve on: (1) more outlets for electronics in common areas and in dorms, and (2) a sign outside of the hostel to obviously indicate where it's at.

Excellent hostel right next to a metro stop and a lot of places to eat. Walking distance from the city center and very cool interior decoration. Staff were friendly and awesome, only downside was the wifi dropped out a bit and the (paid) laundry wasn't very good at drying (though they warn you before hand).

The rooms were nice and the place was secure. The bathrooms were ok depending on which one you used. A lot of the showers clogged so you stood in a lot of water. The staff is available for almost 24 hours a day. However the front desk was right outside my room and the staff would blare music until 3 or 4 in the morning. I get they need music to stay up but the use of headphones would have been nice. Overall it was a good location and for the most part clean.
