Literally a two-minute walk from Termini, and with buses & trains right there, it's easy to get to any part of the city! The staff however were not helpful at all... Rude when I checked in. And it advertises that they accept credit cards, however upon arriving it was broken. They said they would charge me via Hostelworld on the first night, but when I tried to check out, they said they couldn't. When I said I couldn't pay in cash, they finally "magically" got it working... Not helpful at all.
It's an average hostel. I found a few problems. First one: although the bathroom was clean (and it really was) it smelled. It seemed there was a problem with the pipes or sth. Second one: everything is in different buildings/floors. The kitchen was on a different building, breakfast was on a different place too (pretty poor breakfast) and the common room was on a different floor and it was very little. If you can overlook those details, the beds are confy and rooms and staff are nice.
very clean, very convenient! It's so close to the Termini station and Market. Also it's so safe because it located near the big road. One thing for the notice is a little cold in the room.
My friend and I had a great stay here. We were sad that we weren't able to book extra nights. It's right near the train/bus/metro station and other hostels which is awesome. And there's plenty of places to grab food. The neighborhood is rather dirty but the building was very nice though. The kitchen didn't have a microwave which can be a bummer but we got by. We loved the apartment/college dorm feel. The breakfast is quite lame (a crossaint) but at least it's included! I'd come back for sure :)
Solid place, nothing stands out. The only downside is needing to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the hostel (and the fact that there's not a general area to hang out). Other than that, I like how they have lockers in the rooms to use and wifi access in the rooms.
Unfortunately when I got there, the air conditioner did not work and it is quite hot during the night. Other than that, the room and the bathroom are clean.
LOCATION isn't perfect: hostel located near Termini, not the best part in Rome, specially at night, but if you like to wlak you can almost get anywhere and there's a metro stop near by HOSTEL: good, clean, not very spacious rooms but ok for a couple of nights KITCHEN: well equipated, verything you'll need! STAFF: friendly and helpfull BREAKFAST: a coffee and a corissant of your choise, recomendable
Great hostel but the kitchen facilities are not the best, spend some money on pots, pans and put a 4 burner cooktop in guys
Perfect. We stayed for 4 nights in a 6 mixed ensuite dorm. Nice rooms, good wifi, very good kitchen and bathrooms, and everything were cleaned daily. Large lockers inside the room, supermarket in the same street, two steps from Roma Termini (Subway and train station). Definitely I'd stay there again!
Location was fantastic! I was moved rooms after my first night, which was a little annoying. Most staff were great and willing to help out. Comfortable rooms and very clean!
We stayed in the new building and it was pretty nice. Don't know if the other one was the same. the kitchen needed a microwaves!

Pretty standard. The second building is better.
The staff weren't very warm - seemed distracted and disinterested. Didn't give much in terms of suggestions for guests of activities or social events
Checked in at 5pm with an uncleaned room. Staff were OK, but they weren't even on the same level as some rooms are on. No common area so very hard to meet other people. The street its on is terribly unappealing at night. The bathroom was good, the WiFi worked and the beds were OK. It also had good lockers almost big enough for your bag. I don't think ill stay here again based on the location and the fact i didn't meet anyone.
This place was fine, I was happy there. But, during a 5 night stay they moved me to 3 different rooms. Try to get a bed in the second building around the corner, it's where the girls dorm is. Much nicer than the main building and has a great kitchen, great bathrooms with hairdryers (super) and a balcony.
People at the reception are nice and polite, open to give tips and offer assistance. The hostel is very well located, just a couple of blocks from the metro station Termini. The room is very big, very clean, wide and the sheets are new and soft. The bed is very comfortable. Its like a hotel. There is no locker inside the room, but there is a safe which could be used by one person. There is a bathroom inside the room, very clean and wide as well. The room is in a different room from the reception
We are a couple of senior citizens and were welcomed kindly among the young people. Everyone was polite, quiet, courteous, and we had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend Legends - only 3 blocks from the Termini!

The 4 bed room was very nice and clean as well as the bathroom. It was more like a hotel. The only bad thing was the air conditioner was not working
No complaints about it, except for some noisy guys, it was pretty good. Congratz.
