There are 3 types of rooms:
1. Private room with shared bathroom and kitchen (for females or couples)
2. Family room for couples or ONLY females (please note this room CANNOT be booked by males if they are not accompanied by a female)
3. Female dorm with beds
This is an apartment located in a beautiful area of Leiden, where Dutch prince stayed during his studies. The apartment is located along a canal. One Museum is also on the same street, and a botanical garden (that have trees as old as 500-600 years) is just at a few minutes walking distance. The main library at Witte Single is also nearby. Moreover, faculty of Humanities, Lipsius building, Art history are very close to this house.
There is coffee/ tea making facilities in the apartment. Free internet is available. Washing machine is also available.

Hostel accommodation on Leiden is rare. This place is pretty basic but perfectly fine and very cheap if you are a no frills traveller. The location is good being nice and central and the permanent resident who is in charge is a delight and very helpful and friendly. As a 57 year old solo traveller it was a bit like being back at boarding school and made me feel very young and adaptable.
