We had booked a double bed private ensuite room. Upon arrival we were told that the room we had booked was double booked for that night and that we would instead get a twin room with no private bathroom. They gave us a discount of 20 zloty, which is only about €4.50! Apart from that fiasco, the hostel was ok, clean enough, good location and easy to find. The bad things about it, in our room at the front of the building, the trams directly outside kept us awake as they seem to go on all night.

Fine place! The hotel has warned us that we will be not in the basic building and where that in other, but hasn't explained where, in it and there was a riddle! But when we have arrived all it has appeared just fine, we have received at the price of a place in many кроватном number, own studio apartment, let and small, but not bad issued in the center of Krakow, what on to be loaded aura of a city, it that that is necessary! In general it is good

Great hostel overall. The only minor perk is that the reception is on a second floor and there is no elevator, while our room was in *another building* on the first floor of a building were there is also no elevator (so, you may want to leave your backpacks on the ground floor when you arrive!). You do not know some of these details until you are there. We would definitely stay again here.

NICE LARGE DOUBLE PRIVATE ENSUITE ROOM BUT BED MATTRESS WAS VERY LUMPY AS YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS WHICH WERE QUITE SQUEAKY NOISY EVEN WHEN TURNING AROUND IN BED VERY SLIGHTLY . ALSO....COULD HAVE DONE MORE WITH XMAS DECORATIONS TO MAKE IT FEEL MORE FESTIVE AND WELCOME .

unfortunately we got moved to another place (due to renovations as I understood). Quite short notice - the day befor we arrived. The other place was okay - but not a double bed room as I booked, but a twin bed room, which was quite annoying, and the room was rather cold. We did not get any information on the payment - and there was quite an unpleasant arrival then (we had to pay some person at the bar in cash without knowing before.)

Lovely hostel with great charm and character. Stayed here for 4 nights with my boyfriend, booked a private room but ended up staying in a 4 bed dorm to ourselves overlooking the park, very nice! Location was great,very central, only a few mintutes walk to the main square and other attractions. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Everything was ok. Our visit to krakow was a full success. We were so lucky for not going to kitsch disco saturday night because the stairs broke down these night. A suggestion to improve: In room number 4 are necesary more plugs, and a list of whom could take the key (in our private room) could have been safer.

very friendly staff. very happy with room which was located down the road from the hostel. Beds very hard! Towels could do with replacing as very small, thin and stained. We had two rooms one of which the fridge did not work, however it is unusual to have a fridge in a hostel room. Wifi was frustratingly slow.

Lemon hostel is a fitting name since your experience with it will be mostly "sour": -Gloomy and derilict entry hall with a broken elevator -dirty towels -our bed, that obviously had been poorly fixed previously, broke the moment we sat on it. When we kindly asked to get our money back to look for another hostel, the manager denied it since "we broke the bed" (that was already broken). We received a spare bed from an adjoining room that was so uncompfortable that we could have slept on the floor.

Overall very good with respect to the price and location. Our room was just a little bit loud because of the passing tram (felt like little earthquakes). But still worth coming back.

Everything was perfect. We even got a four-bed-room, even though we only made a reservation for a double-bed-room. Thanks!

Also they do not avare about the reservation, when I show the confirmation number from hostelword they did their best. Thanks to hostelworld.

Very well located hostel, near the market square and the Wavel hill. The staff was very helpful and the bathrooms looked clean and nice. The computer they have for internet doesn´t work very well.

Amazing stay! We will definitely come back there!
