Location is spot on, smack in the middle of town, close to the metro and in a very nice area. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would advise bringing earplugs as the walls are quite thin and the tiled floors means that the sound travels quite well. Great hostel for the price!

Clean hostel, great location. Computer available for Internet access. Highly recommend as a safe and sanitary hostel. Did not offer much in terms of interaction with staff, but I was extremely satisfied with it as a place to leave my stuff and sleep in.

The room was big and clean with big bathroom. The only minus is - cold floor and nothing to put on the floor while, f.e. brushing teeth

We were staying at the room next to the reception, and it was really noise. first, because the officer was listening the music non-stop, therefore we also listened it, and second, because the room was next to the main entrance, and we could hear all people coming in. and also, when some new people were coming, the ringing, and the officer shouting out from the indoor window. that was unpleasant. the room extremely basic, and small, however , the included bathroom, NICE AND CLEAN

We stayed 4 days at the hostel, but our room was only cleaned on the first day. The floor was dirty, the sheets at the bed had holes from cigarettes. The receptionist was not friendly.

We booked 2 rooms with 3 beds - at the location it turned out that we have one room with six beds. Receptionist was over 50 years old and she has trouble with using the computer. Her english was very poor, but she was rather friendly. Room was clean, as well as 2 bathrooms on the floor. Location is fantastic. There is shop opened up to midnight 200 metres from hostel - prices there are not so bad.

The bathroom was clean and I loved the fact that we had the option of having a private or shared bathroom. The street was a bit noisy, but not to much. The staff was friendly and their English was understandable. I also liked the fact that we had our own keys to come and go as we pleased.

The double bed room ensuite @ the 2nd floor is horrible. Walls are thin. Matress looks like 10 yr old, it has a depression towards the center. Also, there was a group of Italians next door making a party! The noise was so loud that the police was called to clear out the area. Amazingly, after the police left the Hotel, music and loud conversation were back again!!!. In other words, I had no first night. Positive: Maria Dolores, @ front desk is very kind and was very suppprtive in the 2nd night.

It was a bit smelly in my room and a bit loud in the morning cos the cleaning lady was walking around my room all the time, but all in all it's ok hostel, not too bad and not too good. I wouldn't recommend it to the people who are sensitive about how things look cos it looks worse than it is.

I booked for a single room and upon my arrival was put in a larger twin room at no extra charge. It was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the bathrooms in the hallway were decent and cleaned daily. The location is excellent, I felt safe, and hostel workers were pleasant and able to assist me with all of my inquiries. It could be a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected in an older building with a central stairwell. I would book again.

Minuses: walls in our room were far from white/clean, bedclohes not ironed and the constant noise from the street made sleeping a difficult. Pluses: cheap, good location.

Very nice and calm place in perfect location. We stayed in a big spacious room (double bed and 3 single beds) with bathroom inside although we've paid just for double room with shared bathroom. Stuff was very polite, with rather average command of english, but no problems. For the price we've paid we were really satisfied. However, it's maybe not the best place if you'd like to meet people and discover night life.
