I arrived late at night. It was dark in lviv because electricity was out. The taxi dropped me off at the hostel. Apparently the door bell did not work, so I had to bang the door. The hostel is located at the 3th level. The street where I was standing was pitch dark and nobody would respond to the bell or the banging for 10 minutes.
