You could not ask for a better location. 100%+ Nataly the manager of this hostel speaks great english and she is a genuine down to earth person. If you have any problems Nataly will do her best to help you. Owner lied about not having any dorms available when I tried to change my reservation (a week prior) from a single to a private. Clearly, there were dorm beds available. Directions were impossible to find the place. Owner tried to charge me without subtracting my deposit. There is no reception at this hostel. The power went out on my last night. These things don't happen at good, experienced hostels. A strange but positive experience. We paid for a private room and got the whole place to ourselves for two weeks. The hosts were great but never showed up. Only problem was the water stopped running every few days and I couldn't even flush the toilet. Imagine! And I had to use purchased drinking water to brush my teeth. But these problems are endemic to Ukraine so don't blame the hostel owners. If you want privacy this is the place for you. Not a party hostel. Very good location in the centre of town- the directions were slightly wrong though it was 6/7 stops on the tram not 9. Also we had booked a room for 2 and were actually given a small sofa bed that was really only suitable for 1 and a half! The proper bedroom for 2 next door looked much nicer...
