First of all: this is NOT a b&b, NOT an hostel. Is just something like a very very old house with an old german woman renting rooms. The rooms are dirty as hell, with ants on bed and spiders everywhere. There's something called kitchen ... but you have to be very brave to use it. And the baths? So smelly all the time because they are never cleaned. I've traveled in the whole world but, believe me, this is the worst place EVER. Just don't go there.
I enjoyed my stay and Ulli was really nice but the hostel is a bit run down and chaotic with no real organisation to running a hostel.l The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired especially the fridge and bathroom.
Ulli the owner was so nice and welcoming. I liked the rooftop terrace and garden and the location is right in the centre of the town. It is good for people who need their own room but still enjoy social contact of a hostel.
I'd like to say many thanks to hostel's manager for perfect atmosphere and wonderful New Year's Eve in nice friendly company! It was clean and beautiful single room in the center of the city and very exclusive way to meet the New Year on the roof - we're observed the city's lights and fireworks and enjoyed a lot of tasty international meals during our dinner)) There is a very nice garden is full of herbs and flowers, two cats work as a security, the atmosphere is great! Thank a lot!
Big plus for a single room. Room was quite old, though I did have an excellent blanket. Noises from other rooms were clearly heard through the walls. Thus it's better to live quietly. Wonderful garden/roof terrace, picturesque house and wonderfully easygoing and helpful owner. Pricing was great. And the friendly cat really nice bonus.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Great hostel, hostess Lilly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. Excellent location 10 minutes away from the main bus station and just down the road from the shops. Short bus journey away from Puerto Cruz which has amazing black sandy beach's. Would definitely recommend!!
Great hostel with more than friendly staff. Hostess Lily is a very kind woman who assists her guests very well and knows a lot about Orotava and surroundings. Location is also wonderful, on the border of the city center yet nice and quiet. Good atmosphere as well thanks to the sympathetic guests. I can recommend this hostel to anyone.
With a homie feel, and very nice tendants, the Leon wg sharred home/hostel makes you feel right at home. Located in one of the prettiest towns in Tenerife, with cute musea and excellent dining right around the corner. The quilombo nicht bar is a must see. Bewary of one way streets though.
The staff was very helpful and nice and the price was good. We also liked the location in the old city and the garden and the view to Puerto and to the sea. We did not feel feel so comfortable with the cats and also smoking of the staff was a bit disturbing to us, because we do not smoke. We would also appreciate some more cleanliness. But we can imagine to return there again.
