It's an excellent place to meet other travellers. The staff are mostly volunteers, who are there to have fun as well, and are very friendly. The problem is that if you're not going to Tenerife for surfing , you will basically find yourself in the wrong city as the beach was too windy (maybe not all year long). And by the way, the pool you see in the picture is something like 2 m2. haha! I travelled alone and met some very interesting people there.
Lily is a very helpful and interesting person, she has lived in Tenerife for many years and knows a lot about the place. My room was clean but some other areas of the house could do with some tidying up.

The woman who runs the place is lovely, but not capable anymore of running the place on her own, she needs help for the cleaning and all the work around, for the reparing of all the not working equipment in the hostel. The whole place needs a fresh up. The singlerooms where good, but batrooms and kitchen noting was working proper. So if she get a young handy person for all the work it would be a lovely place. It´s situated in the middle of the centre and close to everything like busstation,
Somewhere between a hostel/hotel this place was a real find on my trip to Tenerife! Amazing location just a few minutes out of the town centre and really super cheap considering you get your own room. The balcony has an awesome view overlooking Puerto De La Cruz and the roof even has a place for sunbathing. Highly recommend
