We loved Leonardo! The staff was excellent, super helpful and friendly! Our room was clean nd comfortable, bathroom was clean with a great shower, and can't beat the location! Quiet side street 2 min walk from Santa Maria del Fiore and within walking distance of everything from the uffizi to Mercatos!

The bathroom was spotless and very spacious. Leonardo was such a kind host, with lots of advice to share. Made us feel very welcomed. The hostel feels very safe.

Leonardo was very helpful and kind. Room was adequate, shared bath. Quiet. Great location just 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novello train station. Saved enough money to splurge on dinner!

I stayed at Leonardo house from May 22-24, the service was great and we took advantage of the restaurant recommendations we received. The location is just a couple blocks from the Duomo and roughly 10-15 minutes walking from everything else.

Leonardo is a very kind host and he recommended us a very good traditional restaurant. He is so helpful too and suggested us to go to several must-go tourist spots within our tight schedual. I will recommend this hostel to everybody who are looking for reasonable price hostel and it is worth to stay there. :)

Leonardo House is wonderful. It's located in a very great location-just a couple of blocks from the main train station and a couple of blocks from the Duomo. It has a lot of character. I accidentally spilt some wine and the staff got a little upset and told me I could possibly pay for damages to the marble staircase. I thought this was a tad dramatic. And then he said he found wine spilt in our room- which meant he went into our room when we weren't there. That was a little sketchy.

It just take 5 minutes walk to the central station. The room is much bigger than I thought. Leonardo is a shy guy but really friendly. He showed us how to make a quick tour in Florance. Quite detailed informations and clean room, it worth trying.

This is affordable comfortable accomodation. It is in a great location, so close to both the train station and the sites of Florence.

Leonardo was extremely helpful from the get go. As soon as we checked in he pulled out a map and showed us the places to go. He was also very helpful when it came to restuarant choices. Extremely great value for money.

A charming host and a great location down a quiet backstreet. The Zanussi coffee machine in the hallway makes great coffee at 50c a time. Considerably better and cheaper than the Cafe Giotto in the main square !!

This place is very well located and the rooms are quite big for the price. Nice, quiet place to stay with clean bathrooms.

Location - hard to find. Even locals dun know where it is. Staff - unfriendly. 1 question = 1/2 answer. Very false and hypocritical. Room - very old and dusty. Bed sheets stains and dirty. Not evenbasic toiletries like soap and toilet paper provided. Environment - super poor. Can basically hear next door occupant talking. As such, got to be super quiet in order not to disturb others. So practically whispering at all times to prevent eavesdropping. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

We had a great stay at Leonardo House in Florence! Leonardo was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. Our room was huge, and the shared bath was right next to our room, and very clean and nice. There are two shared baths which is also nice if one is occupied by other guests. It was a very quiet place which was perfect after long days of sightseeing! Would definitely stay again--thank you!

We had a great time in Florence and a good part of that was thanks to Leonardo, he showed us where everything was and made recommendations for all aspects of our stay. The hostel is really nice and with a great location. Very clean rooms and bathroom, comfy beds, great rest. If we go back to Florence we will go back to Leonardo's House
