Reseption time is limeted.We rented two rooms;one was a little bit cold.

Leonardo is very helpful. The place is in a great location, private and quiet.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Everything in the facility functioned really well (i.e. shower, heat, and everything else worked properly). We had a very comfortable stay and the staff helped us find great things to do in Firenze (Florence).

This was not a B&B, but it was pretty much just as expensive. Other than the price though, this hostel is amazing! Great way to spend some time in Florence.

Great place to stay

They were really nice. It is very well located and we felt as if we were at home.

Leonardo's House is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you want to be within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Leonardo himself is a sweet guy, and will help you out with restaurant recommendations (we followed up on these, and they were fantastic), advice, and anything you need. Our room was cozy and we even had our own couch! Small, quiet, but reminiscent of a personal apartment, I felt like I had my own "Room with a View" (though, in truth, we didn't have much of a view) in Florence!

Amazing location, not far from the Duomo and Uffizzi. Also very close to the main bus and train terminal. Leonardo is extremely helpful and hospspitable, a very nice man who wants you to have the best time possible in Florence. Rooms are a good size and cleaned daily. A very secure and professionally run hostel - a great time in a great place!!

friendly and quiet, felt safe, staff smiled

We enjoyed our stay. Leonardo was very helpful and accomodating allowing us to check in as soon as we arrived even though it was outside his hours.

the staff is not friendly

Leonardo was really friendly, he tells you every attractions you should visit and how to get there. The hostel is close to the train station; it is clean and comfortable.

It's a nice place, close to the train station and Leonardo is very helpful. We heard some loud noises at night that startled us, it was strange because it seemed a quiet place.

The Staff were incredibly helpful and recommended excellent restaurants within the city. As well, the rooms were spotless and supplied with extra bedding and the bathrooms were so clean we walked around in them with bare feet. The location is very close to the train station and easy to find.

Leonardo house was great. Leonardo was very nice and helpful, and always there to answer any questions we had. He has great suggestions for places to see and where to eat. Gives a nice map of the city and points out all the spots and how to get there, which was really nice.

Great place to stay in Florence! Very convenient and safe location - close to the main train station and only a short walk to the Duomo, the leather market and the river. I stayed in a double room, with a separate toilet and the toilet was spacious and clean. Leonardo was very friendly and helpful and even suggested a walking route for us to see Florence.

Leonardo is a great guy. Ask him anything and he will tell you the best place to do it in Florence. He ordered us a delivered pizza one night when we didn't feel like heading out, great bloke.
