We should have been told about the microwave and the refrigerator... Also it wasn't possible to close the window to our room. Otherwise we really liked the stay :)

Leonardo House was a great stopping point for us and the room was what we expected only larger. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is supplied for the room. We had a private room, so we could position it as needed. Without the fan, it would have been too hot for us in July.

We would recommend it. Leonardo and his Staff are perfect and very helpful. They know their city! The hotel is near everything. We have nothing else to say except that the price for the stay was very expansive (118 euros for 2 nights for two person).

Amazing, in will defiantly recomend this place, excellent introduction told us where everything was, very clean free WiFi. Stayed in worse hotels!

Leonardo House is located near SMN station and it took us 5 minutes to walk the distance once we figured out the directions. There's no curfew as you'll have keys for the main doors. Everything is clean, there's housekeeping and the wifi is excellent. We'd also like to commend Leo for helping us to print boarding passes and coming back during his break to assist us with getting our luggage! Thank you for going beyond and providing such great service for your guests. With love from Singapore! :)

Great location, quiet and safe. Leonardo very nice and helpful. Bed a bit too hard for our liking so had a bit of trouble sleeping. Otherwise great hostel with very good privacy.

The location of the hostel speaks for itself, it's unbelievably well located, about two minutes from the main train station and other two from the main square, it just cannot get any better. Leonardo is very nice, and treats you very kindly. He showed us a couple of places to go and what to do in our two days in Florence.

Although windows cannot be opened due to the mosquitoes, rooms are sufficiently cool in spring! Beds are excellent with extremely clean toilets!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo House. The owner Leonard was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite spacious and clean. We were quite close to the train station and the Duomo, while still located in a quiet laneway. My only complaint is that the bathroom has some mildew on the ceiling and walls, though that wasn't a problem for us.

Loved this hostel. The location was excellent and very clean. Close to the main train station and very close to the center of town. It basically feels like the owner's apartment building, which makes it feel very safe and clean. Would stay again

Overall a great place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Only recommendation would be to provide more bed linin as we were cold with only the small blanket. Room and facilities are very basic but did the trick. Would stay again next time I'm in town definitely.

Leonardo is a very nice guy, but everything else was average or below average.

Big room and big bed was nice. The shower hot water temperature was difficult to keep constant. We were allowed to leave our bags at the office for a few hours after we checked out, but it would be nicer if they offered desk service between the hours of noon till 4pm.
