We like the way Leonardo entertained us and his receptiveness to the needs of the guests. We enjoyed our stay very much. The security is good since only the guests have keys and can have access to the hotel. The Hotel is very near and accessible to the tourists places as you only walk to almost all of them.

we had a good experience. we feel safe because the management was doing his job. he was on top of his rules.

I was only here one night but Leonardo, the owner was so friendly and helpful it turned out being one of the highlights of my Italy trip. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The location of the hostel is excellent. It is very near to the train station and to the touristic places. Leonardo is excellent, he is very helpful, friendly and polite. The hostel is very clean and secure...

Great place to stay in Florence. Leonardo is an awesome guy, very friendly and helpful. Has a great knowledge of the area, and the train/bus schedule. The room was nice - double bed and private ensuite bathroom. Good location - short walk to the station and a short hop to just about everywhere else. Only problem was mosquitoes - we had to leave the windows shut all day and night so we didn't wake up in the morning covered in bites. Other than that would HIGHLY recommend this place for your stay.

The staff is very nice and friendly. We passed our train and arrived 2:00 am in the morning and he still got up to make reception for us. The whole condition is clean and big compared with other italian hostels. besides, the staff can speak good flucent english, that is very helpful for foreign tourists!

Our staying at Leonardos Hostel was perfect. Mr Leonardo is very friendly. The hostel has a great location. Everything was fine and we had a very nice time there. Natale and Juliano.

Great location, easy to walk from train and bus station and go to every tourist's sites. Two bathrooms are too few for almost 10 persons. Should improve the cleaniness. Good choice for budget tourists.

Leonardo was very personable and helpful with tourist information. He suggested a wonderful restaurant.

The location is excellent and Leonardo is very nice and helpful. My rating came out at 87% only because there is no fun factor. If that didnt count the rating would be more like 95%.

We loved our stay at Leonardo House. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was fantastic (walking distance to everything) and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. Thanks!

convenient place to stay in centre of Florence, good clean budget accommodation. staff are friendly and helped us with our bags to our room. only negative was that the double bed was actually two singles pushed together and therefore wasn't very comfortable.

The hostel was clean and spacious and as soon as we arrived Leonardo made sure we were comfortable and spent ages drawing maps and telling us the best place to go! He made us feel welcome straight away and was a great help. He was even kind enough to look after our bags on the last day and let us use the facilities before travelling home (after checking out). I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if I ever return to Florence.

Amazing place to stay. In the heart of the city. So near to everything. Leonardo himself is amazing!! Hes soooo helpful. Stay here if you go to Florence, you won't be disappointed.

Leonardo was very helpful - giving us a map and recommendations as mentioned by other reviewers. Great location, 5 mins from the train station and directions to the hostel were very clear. Big, clean room. Shower and bathroom good but we got unlucky and had to wait in a queue as there was only 1 available. Overally, highly recommended, thank you!

This is a B&B without a breakfast! Wooden floor, large rooms, comfortable bed, everything is clean and beautiful. Leonardo is amazing! Suggesting, talking about what so ever and always there for you even just for a chat, info, teaching few words in Italian. In there most of the day in convenient hours. I'm not sure what he's doing in the hostel section... Totally much more than that We Love you so Much Leonardo! Hope you enjoy Paris (((: Shai and Abigail

The location comfy bee and silent street were the main good things. However the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. Tiles were galling off around the border of the door way. The owner also came up with excuses when it came to asking for towels considering we paid quite a bit we didn't expect this. The hostel was a little shoddy

The room is ok,but there are mosquitos which I hate. Room is ok but not very impressive, not as warn as BB i stayed in other places.

Very nice, basically just a hotel with a shared bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was excellent.
