This was my first stay in a hostel so I don't have anything to which I can compare. But it was clean, the water pressuer was good, I felt safe, and I felt like my belongings were safe when I was gone. The staff was friendly, personable, and very willing to help. The location was perfect, we were no more than a 5-10 minute walk from virtually all the main Firenze attractions.This was my first stay in a hostel so I don't have anything to which I can compare. I love this hostel, I really felt at home during my stay and it is definitly one of the friendliest hostels I have stayed in. The staff are really helpful and were great at giving ideas on things to do in Florence. I was only meant to be staying for 2 nights but ended up extending for another 3! Absolutely loved this place!! The front desk staff is so helpful with everything they had plenty of recommendations for restaurants, sights, and bars. The rooms are cleaned daily and perfect for a traveler on a budget. The location is ideal with the duomo being less than two minutes away walking. Absolutely loved this place!!
