Recently renovated these 5 studettes all have their own kitchen, shower, and dining facilities.
As you can see in the photos there is an upper mezzanine level for sleeping
***Beds are double ***
'Sleeps five' is one double bed on mezzanine one pull out couch and one single bed on mezzanine
This leaves room below for a dining and relaxing.
All the studettes have their own wc. The smallest room has it's wc, under lock and key, off the hallway.

We have no permanent reception area for the studios it is therefore important that you make contact with us before your arrival stating your time of arrival so as we can arrange to let you in to your studio!

Would recommend this place to anyone going to Nice. For the price it was great. The studios are so cute and comfortable. You essentially have your own little apartment. Beautiful views form your balcony. One negative is that the beds weren't very comfy and I bet it gets very hot in mid summer. But other than that it was really great. Not a good place to meet other travelers though. Still would definitely stay here again.
