Cutlery and other cooking stuff was dirty, like they stored it after the last guests without washing it. We arrived on a holiday at 2pm and reception only opened at 6pm - we had to carry our bags around town because of this - this was the worst thing - awful reception times on holidays and weekends. Very poor acoustic isolation from living room to bathroom - talking from one to another even with door closed was like having a normal conversation with someone 1meter apart.

everything was excellent and the receptionists speak English (which is rare in France)

We were only here as an overnight stop-over, but this is quite a long way from the train station, nearly 15 euros in a taxi. We didn't see any staff, but there is a checking-in machine. There is a shop opposite the hotel and great cooking facilities in the room. I'm not the intended guest, but I had a good, comfortable nights sleep!

the rooms were reasonably priced but thy charged an additional 9 euros per person for breakfast and only supplied a few croissants and coffee, and on our last morning when we went own fro breakfast at 8,30, an hour after they were meant to start serving breakfast, they had no food. Not because they had run out, just because they were not ready. Breakfast was not worth 9 euros, and also when we paid on checkout they refused to discount the 10% deposit we had already pad in advance from our bill.

A very nice hotel.

Perfect !! With dinner ,though we didn't have chance to have a try . The receptionists are very nice to make u feel like families ,they will tell u many things about Barcelona and show u the way on the map .,and it's convenient enough to go to the center of the city ,really really good!!

First, the facilities listed on the website are not correct. No swimming pool and no commen area. Second, the staff was horribly rude. Told another guest that his body odor was so bad that he had to go upstairs and shower immediately or leave. When we went to request more towels for showering purposes she told us we couldn't have any because she had no clean ones and was only planning on doing a load of pillow cases that day. Also, you have to pay 3 euro a day for horrible wifi connection.

The room does not have hair dryers as the page says. It also does not have parking. You have to park on the street if you find a place.

Reception is rarely open which is very frustrating. Everything has an additional cost; wifi, breakfast, towels, parking, everything. The wifi was SO SLOW, I had to demand a refund for the 3 euros. The 3 euro wifi ticket only works for ONE machine so each of the three people in my room had to buy a new ticket every day. The location is close to the center but NOT in the center and close to a shady area. Other than all that, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff very friendly.

I found it to be a good amount of money for the location! You are about 20min away from the core and about 30min away from old Lyon. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Tram Line 1 from Lyon Part-Dieu gets you about 5min away from the hotel! The room however was very dirty, it looked as if they had done construction in the bathroom & then never cleaned up afterwards. The internet did not work and their computer was incredibly slow & frustrating, I ended up never using the internet.

OK size room for three people, bathroom had one set of towel and no toilet rolls. Also reception is opened only at certain time, quite inconveniet

Very helpful and humorous staff. Clean room, good amenities. No safe in room. Just look out for which train station you pull in to, Perrache and Part-Dieu are different, and Part-Dieu is most definitely more than 13 minutes away walking! Take tram #1 I think and it gets you a few minutes away. WiFi is not free, and opening hours are annoying on weekends, we got lucky that the receptionist had turned up early. No real atmosphere for backpackers though. Its location is pretty good however.

Smelly, poor attitude of staff. Good location and clean rooms.

The kitchen was a nice bonus, but no hair dryer and the shower only had a curtain, so sometimes water would leak onto the floor. Reception hours were limited especially on weekends, so if you check-in outside of this, you have to use a "24 hour" machine outside. The machine was inconveniently broken when I arrived with friends. Luckily we were let-in and a staff was there to help us (reluctantly) but didn't believe me until she saw for herself. Local taxes were added to our total so be prepared.

Stayed with my parents for a week in a 3 bed private room had a mini kitchen as well as en suite bathroom. Beds were comfy, room was clean and staff were very friendly. Couldn't have asked for more as I wasn't looking to meet peopel or socialise but didn't want to pay for a posh hotel. Didn't have the breakfast, extra charges for a lot of things sadly (towels, Wifi, for room to be cleaned etc.) but if you're a prepared traveller it's fine, not the cheapest but good location, short walk to Rhone.

Great room for six people, very clean and the facilities were excellent. Great value for money! Would happily stay here again.

This seems more of a hotel than a hostel because there aren't any common areas and there are very few backpackers. But the rooms and showers are really clean and great. The staffs don't speak much English when i got there so there was a bit of difficulty in communication.

It's well located! It was ok for spending one night!... it wasn't fun but we got good sleep!

The hostel was very nice and accommodating. Everything was fine except our sheets were dirty so we had to ask for new ones.

Very nice hostel. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, it was obvious that they loved their job. The breakfast was really good, totally worth the price. Just a short walk to the tourist and shopping center of Lyon and not too expensive either. Highly reccomended.
