Hostel claimed our room was not available as it was being treated for bed bugs. However, they asked us lots of questions about where we had stayed and said our friend who arrived the previous day was covered in bedbug bites. We did not have bed bugs - when we met up with our friend she did not have them either. So we were left to find somewhere else to stay for four people at 3pm on the day. V angry at being lied to and mistreated. Ended up staying at hotel emeraude in private rooms for same $.Hostel claimed our room was not available as it was being treated for bed bugs. Absolutely excellent! There is not much else to say.
The staff is what really made this a great place to stay, every one of them was fantastic!!
The location was very central.
Breakfast was great.
Rooms were clean, showers warm (except once when the water turned off mysteriously...only to head downstairs and find a leak being worked on)Absolutely excellent! There is not much else to say.
