It was a nice place but a bit smaller than the ad implies. It was clean and safe, which was nice, but parking was a nightmare, there's no sign anywhere outside explaining to get parking somewhere else first or setting up temporary parking for people coming in, especially ones like my friend and myself who don't read in French. Also, it should be specified on the website that the rooms themselves don't have wifi so if they need to use it it has to be in the lobby.

As with many places during the summer, this is simply a repurpose University residence building. It's a dated building and that shows, and you don't get the big dorm hostel atmosphere/experience - it's closer to a run down hotel. The facilities are minimal but perfectly adequate and it's a very cheap way to get a private room. The Twin rooms are a single bed with a pullout bed underneath. Overall adequate, clean facilities. Brekkie was $2/item (bagel etc) or $8.50/5 items. Brilliant staff.

My travel companion and i purchased a double bed room...described as having one twin bed and one pull out couch. What got seemed like mistake at first, until we realized the pull out bed was an underbed storage drawer for students and had been filled with a very uncomfortable "mattresss". We had to put the second bed away to move about the room. Additionally, the bathrooms were in terrible shape all weekend. One toilet worked on the floor, no clean linens and so many spiders/webs in our room
