We had a fantastic stay! Sarah at the front desk was so helpful and nice, she even pointed out on our city map where we should go. Free coffee and tea was nice, and room was clean and warm. OK for an overnight (train station is 5-10 minute walk), but wouldn't recommend for much longer. Was a bit hard to find due to road works blocking off one end of the street. Free lockers were good (1 Euro coin but you get it back), and free WiFi was nice. No locks on room doors though, and since my laptop didn't fit in their safe I was concerned about security. 3 Euros extra for linen was excessive too. Pillow was a bit dirty. It was a fairly average stay. The kitchen and common room are nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The sheet on the bed is the thinnest I've ever slept with and my friend's mattress had two big, gross stains. The security was also somewhat lack, since there are no locks on the dorm room doors, which made my friend and I a bit uneasy while we slept. Get rid of the cigarette smoke, smoke outside. Good location, kitchen good, showers last for 2 seconds so you are always pushing to turn on. Security once inside is poor, use the lockers, no door locks. Not the best but not the worst.Get rid of the cigarette smoke, smoke outside. I had a very good experience there. Very friendly staff who did a wonderful job on fixing a slightly overbooked room situation. Thanks for everything.
