Mike, stay in touch with the guests, speak to them, spend a little time with them. Especially with the one's who travel alone. I hardly didn't speak to you. I almost didn't know who was you, because check-in was made by someone else.

the Letterfrack Lodge is perfectly located not even 500m away from the Connemara NP - a must for all visitors. The host was not always reliable, the room was nice and big, the premises could be cleaner. All in all a positive experiance

our experience in this lodge was very bad. the room was very dirty with plenty of hairs still in every bed and floor as well.It looked like nobody has cleaned the room
