Great location and staff. Free hot drinks is a nice touch. Would be nice if there were security lockers though..

The combination between sufficient comfort and fair cost in the old town of Leuven, in walking distance from nearly every attraction, make it a good choice for lonely travellers or even small groups : very nice dining room and kitchen ! The 4-bed rooms could have been a little bit bigger and with a wardrobe or two to be able to unpack some clothes...

Overall I was very impressed with the hostel for the price paid, easily one of the best I've staying in whilst travelling Europe. The only fault I could find was I couldn't connect to the wifi on my phone but that could have been to do with signal strength problems or something else.

Truly a top notch hostel. Staff is friendly and very attentive to the needs of residents. Hostel is very clean and up to date with any needs you may have. Location is great for walking a few minutes to anywhere in Leuven city centre.

By far the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Everything is brand new and well-kept, and the staff are very friendly. On my next trip to Belgium I would rather stay here and take trains to the city than sleep in any of the places I saw in Brussels. Only suggestion: the rooms need more light.

the girl was excellent whereas the guy that was in reception was a bit rude

The hostel was nice indeed, very new. But it was a bit strange that there was no staff during most of the night. The reception is only open a few hours a day. During the evening (after 20 o´clock that is) and in the morning (before 9 o´clock) there is no staff available. Of course this is OK, but it does give a bit of a strange feeling. The beds are rather noisy.

To begin with, you can only check in between 9-11 a.m. and 4-8 p.m. which is not really flexible. I also find their reservation policy annoying, as they may cancel the whole of it after a late check in.

I'd first like to say that I had een very good time at your hostel. The most important thing I want to say is that the breakfast was too scanty. To less bread and milk and very little choice. (only sweet toppings for your bread). The girl who did the check in was very friendly. In one of the showers were plenty hairs on the wall. I totaly disliked that. But all together I want to say thanks for the good en cozy week!
