I really enjoyed my stay at Liberta. The hostel is lovely and clean and in a great location right near Taksim Square. The staff are super friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful, making my stay in Istanbul that much better. I felt very welcome at Liberta and will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Istanbul!

I felt very nicely taken care of at this hostel. The top two features here are cleanliness and security as it is not a huge hostel and no one can enter unannounced. The dorms are not locked but you are provided with a lock for the lockers and bathrooms do lock. You are very close to Taksim, which is very good for arrival, but a few streets back so it is not super loud.

The instructions given to us to get to the hostel when we booked were very helpful as we couldn't get any help from anyone on the street. Location is very good, right on Istiklal street. Wifi connection is very much available. Ibrahim, one of the partners and who stays there was of great help, he made sure to walk us around the first day to a friend's hostel just to make sure we don't get lost. It was a good experience being it is the first time I stay in a hostel.

Very well located, so close to the Istiklal avenue. We booked a 3-bed great big room. We really appreciated the staff that gave us a warm welcome, and all the information that we needed for a nice stay in Istanbul. Warm atmosphere in the living room, with great included breakfast.

LIBERTA is at a terrific location with a stone's throwaway to both nigthlife+day activities one can do in istanbul such as boat trips along the Bosphorus etc! The staff is really friendly and helpful too. Other comfy stuffs this hostel, but not every other hostel in istanbul, has are they have the wireless even in the rooms here and bathrooms are also inside the rooms. So, no need to look for somewhere else, just stay here and get the vibe of the city right in its heart!...

I stayed with two friends in a three-bed private room. The room was clean, recently renovated, and the bathroom was nice as well. There was a small issue with water leaking out of the shower if the door wasn't closed correctly, but this was not a big deal. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. The location is fantastic! Very close to Taksim sq. What really makes the hostel shine is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Liberta is a great value and helped me have a wonderful Istanbul visit

Le séjour a été agréable, l'accueil très sympathique de la part de tous les employés rencontrés. L'hôtel est un peu bruyant, à cause de son emplacement, il est donc parfois un peu difficile de s'endormir... Sinon, très bon souvenir.
