the room was not that big but it was okay. the price...yeah...it´s PARIS.... so that´s life. the connection to the city center is very good. the metro isn´t far away and there are some bus lines as well.

It can't be called a hotel since there's only ONE shower room for the first and second floor. The room has an old moldy smell. Close to Gare du Nord and Gare l'Est. Only recommended for short stay.

Although shared, the bathrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. The hostel were very well located. For this price it was the best one in Paris that i stayed.

During my stay at this hotel, I lost a 50€ note that I had hidden in my luggage. I cannot be 100% sure, but the only explanation that makes sense for me is that the cleaning lady found it and took it. If this was not the case, my security ranking should be at least average, but I cannot see how else I could have lost that money. Besides this the hotel was good value for money, and that is really that can be said about it. Don't expect to get much for your money in Paris.

Great value hotel in a fantastic location. I visited the Liberty hotel 19th/20th April 2013 when visiting Paris for the first time with my girlfriend. The hotel was well placed for exploring this incredible city. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable and warm. Only 3 things we felt let down the room were a very cramped bathroom. At 5'7 & 6'2 respectively, neither of us could sit on the loo. And no kettle in the room and the wifi didn't work.

It's very near to metro station and train station. I can say this is a clean place but little overpriced like Paris.

We were just one night, and this hostel is good if you just wan to sleep there, it was good, the room wasn't very clean but you get what you pay!

Good hostel. Hot water in shower. Clean. Staff friendly and spoke English. Didn't eat breakfast, but looked good and cost 5.50 euro. Would return and would recommend. Good location as well, close to 2 major train stations and easy to travel around Paris from this hostel

We enjoyed our stay. Staff spoke English. Clean rooms, hot water. Good location. Close to the metro station. Supermarket just behind the corner. We would stay again.

Cheap and good for small money!! Would book it again for a weekend! Not for a longer stay in Paris!

Not a bad place, but not great either. I just used it to crash for a night because it was close to the Metro line I needed to be on to get to the airport. Not a bad experience per se, but not a good one either.

We chose this hotel because we could afford it, and it was close to Gare du Nord - we were just in Paris for a night at the end of a trip prior to a long flight home, and needed somewhere to lay our heads. Some of the other reviews made us expect something that was to be dreadful. It's far from dreadful. Basic, yes, but by no means bad. For this price, in Paris, I'm not sure what the other reviewers here were expecting. Paris is expensive; so no, it's not great value, but it's not bad, either.

The room with WC was very very small with no curtains or walls that seperate the WC. Disgusting. Also ..on 5th floor how do they expect folks to climb all the way up there without the elevator. These things should have been shown explicitly in the pictures. Never recommend to anyone else.

All the furniture of this hotel is very old and the curtains of the shower smell like rancid fungus. Disgusting !!!!! Additionally was really expensive compared with the quality and the services.
