No staff was working when I arrived around midnight. A friend of the staff covering the night shift couldn't find my reservation. I was informed that no room is available and I had to find another hostel at midnight of the first day of my arrival. This is my worst hostel experience ever.

This hostel is new so there are still a few hiccough a for westerners however, the staff are so welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful that this is minor. They invited me to share their staff dinners and the free local breakfast is a definite bonus.
