We have stayed in the 3 beds room of this house. This room is wide and clean. Besides this room has drawing room and kitchen. Location is very good too.

Good facilities and good value for money and the location was excellent - next to train and bus stations.

The hostel was situated in a really nice area. The value for money was excellent!

Don't know if WIFI or internet was available...

IT is just 5 minutes walk from the metro station and easy access from Airport and Train Station. So very good location. The Staff at the reception are very help ful and they can speak English. Rooms are Cleaned every day and neatly maintained. Morning Break fast will be quite similar every day. But it is enough for us. So we had no Problems in Staying at Lilac International Suites. Cheers

Because I stayed here on two separate occasions I guess I get to leave two comments (my previous comment should be directly below). The percentage on my previous comment was a little low, I'd actually give this hotel about an 80%. I'm not sure what the percentage will come out to this time but hopefully it's higher. Anyway, I really liked this place. Great staff, location, and price. Quite the trifecta if you ask me.

Pros - Location is excellent. If you're traveling to Guangzhou for US immigration purposes this hotel is roughly 8-10 minutes away by foot from the US consulate. If you plan on traveling to Hong Kong the Railway Station is literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Flying into/out of Guangzhou? Line three of the subway that goes to the airport is right next to the hostel as well. - Free breakfast and Internet! Cons -Found a cockroach in the bathroom, but hey, that's a common sight in China

the hotel need to upgrade the food taste. the menu for breakfast is okay, but the taste is very bad. many cheap local food is more delicious than this hotel's breakfast.

This is a nice hotel not too far from east railway station, according to the price I think is a very good deal. Specially if taking trains from East Railway station, the hotel is clean and it offers the basics, the loby and the patio are cute.

The location of Lilac is so convenient! Right near the railway station and metro, it's easy to get around and has a big sign so it can be spotted easily. The rooms were very clean and nice - it was pretty cheap for a hotel and I would stay there again. After we checked out we left our luggage and I felt like it was secure. Picked it up in the afternoon with no problems.
