Great hostel in terms of facilities, location and best of all the fantastic staff who are very friendly and helpful. I always stay at the Limehouse when I need a hostel in BA.

I really enjoyed staying at Lime House, it really is in a very good location, plus the staff was super nice and it was fun to be there. The bar/lobby is excellent for gatherings and having a few drinks before heading to the bars and nightclubs in the city, one night they even had live music so i didnt leave the hostel at all. LARGE hostel. Organized, pretty clean, good location (between San Telmo and Centro), ok staff, ok breakfast, loud music and partying into the night.

I didn't like that the let People smoke.

Terrible place to stay! The building is decrepit and falling down in places. The staff had no interest in helping us or other travellers and were downright rude at times. Smoking is allowed in the hostel which means it is in a constant haze of smoke which filtered into our room.Our private room had dirty walls, floor and bathroom. The floor was uneven wooden floor boards, one of which gave way if you stood on it. Music is played in the bar area until the early hours of the morning. We would not recommend th

Many friendly guests and an excellent, helpful staff. Enough and clean bathrooms. Should only stay there if you like to stay up late and have fun with other people, otherwise you will find it loud.

Good location, clean rooms. Good Argentinian breakfast, however it is rationed out. The staff are helpful, but tend to take several minutes to acknowledge you. The biggest problem is the cigarette smoke in the common room area/reception/bar/entrance, if you are a non smoker you can not avoid it.

I had a great time here!! One thing to improve: a barbecue on the rooftop!! ;)

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the free banana milk shake was excellent too. The hostel was always clean and the location meant that BA is ready to be explored if you want to leave the hostel.

the hostel was in a good location and had all the facilities you need including a kitchen, chill-out area etc. Our only complaints are that the key to lock our room door was broken and it locked us in the room constantly. You had to spend 10 minutes jiggling it to get out. Also, the smoking in the common area was gross as that room opens into the bedrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

first i was sceptic about booking this hostel because some reviews where really bad, but in the end this reviews turned out to be wrong! for this price the hostel is top! i also think it was cleaner than in other hostels I stayed and they where same price or even more expenisve! breakfast was good and also the personal really friendly and helpful! the internet was also really good, i could watch youtube videos without loading them before!

A good hostel at a fantastic location. The 24h bar makes this a bit noisy hostel and if you don´t like the smell of cigarettes you´ll probably prefer someplace else. Rooms are clean though and facilities ok (kitchen is not the best). Great free wifi and breakfast.

Defintely a great option for visitors to BA

The staff was awesome! If you like to be in party scene, Limehouse is good hostal to be in. You meet people from all around the world. But, although its really affordable, I think the facilities need to improve a lot.

Hostel is in a good location, with a free breakfast, computers and kitchen. The bar is great, staff exceptional. Only issue was the bathrooms were pretty dirty / toilets often blocked

dirty place, guys using the shower as a toiliet, not air conditioned for a 12 people room, lost a bag ive sent 2 emails, and nobody anwer nothing... not info about free tours, just the ones they offer

great place to chill and meet people wether you are keen for a big night out or just a quite on watching a movie or reading your book. great friendly staff and an unbeatable location. i would very much recomend it.

I liked my stay there at the Lime hostel, but as the bedrooms are very close to the bar, the staff should consider the sleep of the guys. Just a sugestion, I didnt sleep well the first night because the sound was too high till 4 am.

didn't like the smoking in communal areas. showering/toileting facilities were very average. very well located though and the staff were great.
