The resort organised a shuttle service for the full moon party and there were always delays. The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 2am but it only arrived at 2:30 and we had to wait until 2:45 for it to leave although everybody was insisting on leaving.

Stayed here for the full moon party and the hotel is such good value for money! Out of the real hustle and bustle but close enough for a cheap taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and fun and the beach is lovely!

Stayed for 3 nights over the full moon party. Nice pool, beach bar and private beach area. However in our 3 night stay there were 3 power cuts, lasting for at least 20 mins each time. Location near shops and a few bars and restaurant (the beach lounge a 2 min walk away is amazing for a treat!) and about a 20 mins drive to the full moon party. The hotel did a return taxi at a reasonable price on the night. Food and drinks at the hostel are pretty expensive and not that great.
This was the wrong town and the wrong hostel I choose. There are so much more beautiful towns/beaches/hostels on the island, for example on salad beach. The bungalows and everything needs a makeover. The staff is unmotivated and unfriendly, the prices in the resort are far too expensive (bottle of chang for 140 bath). We were so disappointed that we left two days earlier - of course without a refund. I will never come back!
Excellent Value for money; best of our trip so far.
The room is the bare minimum, but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. There is no aircon just a fan which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in. Water in the bathroom had a strong sulphur smell. Rooms aren't that great but the location is good, right on the beach and the pool is nice. Staff were very friendly, except the reception guy who seemed to want a tip for walking us 6m to our room and was rude to us for the rest of our stay. Food was good and cheap except for the Thai food.
Very nice place, approx. 10 mins from the pier and the city. Staff was friendly and the facilitied were very clean. My only critic would be the loud music that lasts till midnight every day. Also, it is not the best place to meet fellow backpackers if you are traveling solo. Overall a great experience.
