A sign on the building would help find the place. You should market yourself as homestay rather than hotel/hostel.

More like moving in with a local man for a few days than a hostel as such, it's ok. Small kitchen though. Cramped if a few others are cooking/eating too. Igor the owner is very helpful though and speaks very good Russian, French and English.
