The Linnaeustraat Charm self catering 2 bedroom holiday apartment is an alluring and elegantly decorated apartment. A great place for groups or couples as it is suitable for up to eight visitors. Located no more than 15 minutes away from the City Centre by public transportation, this holiday apartment will surely meet all of your expectations. Once you enter the apartment through the hallway on the ground floor you'll find the spacious and well equipped kitchen with everything needed for a well cooked meal! The expansive dining area is conjoined with the kitchen and has a matching wooden dining table as well as seating for all.

Separated by a classy tinted glass door is the living room. Furnished with two graceful sofas that can turn into single beds, two guests can sleep comfortable here. Gather around the coffee table to program the days activities or watch t.v. on the flat screen television.

Heading down stairs leads you to the two bedrooms and the stunning spacious bathroom. The first bedroom has two double beds while the second one has one double bed as well as bed side lamps and tables for your convenience. Bed linens, sheets and blankets are provided.

As for the bathroom, it has a bath tub, toilet, sink and a separate shower area. Towels will be provided.

As previously mentioned, the apartment is less than 15 minutes away from the city centre by public transportation. Nearby are more than enough shops and stores that will facilitate you in anything you need.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
