Lion Hostel Reviews

The map on their web-site was inaccurate and the hostel was not as centrally located as I was thinking. However it did work out for the business I wanted to do in Guadalajara. One of the staff (a female) was very helpful figuring out which bus to catch for my business dealings. I was given a 3 bed room in the basement with an attached bath as it was available, however it had a bit of a bad smell and the shower in the attached bath was useless - also windows had no coverings at street level.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I was only there for 2 night but had a fantastic time during my stay.

I was at the Lion Hostel for four nights. This hostel is extremely organized, clean and cozy. I felt at home. The staff are extremely helpful, they help us to arrive at the tourist places and their location is very good. Is close to shopping mall, supermarkets, restaurants and main avenues. I arrived at the airport and Paco was waiting for me as he had agreed. Jesus and his sister are very friendly, always willing to help. The room I stayed in the bathroom had room is spacious and very clean.
