The location was good and the staff were nice but the rooms were fairly small. There were hardly any toilets or showers,only one per floor which was not enough. Also the lights in the bathroom were terrible as they went out after a few minutes so it went dark while you were in the shower which was really annoying. It was a bit noisy and very expensive, the value for money was not good but then again everything in Switzerland is expensive.

It is really great that they have free parking. Staff was very nice. It is very inconvenient that the reception isnt open until 16h. Location is excellent.

Hotel is located in good location with tourist attraction. The poor is that the hostel do not provide ensuite and cause issue to those who wish to have personal washroom.

everything is fine, except the noice the hostel besides the main street, and alll the noice was just like near your ear.

This place was actually pretty good. The staff helped with directions to hiking trails up Pilatus and lent me an outlet converter. There was a nice common area with atmospheric Indian music playing and large balconies on every floor. The room was right on a busy and loud street but I'd definately stay here again.

VERY DISORGANISED! We arrived at the 4pm check in time, and it was well after 5pm when we actually got our beds. Only 3 people in the queue in front of us. The problem was that there was always something different from what hostelworld had booked. We got told that hostelworld had booked us into a different room every night and if we wanted to stay in the same room we'd have to pay more etc.... Girl in front had similar payment issues. Otherwise, its very clean and tidy. Bit noisy at times.

bad atmosphere - nobody is social. people of all ages here. It was within walking distance of town which was good but it was really frustrating being RIGHT on the highway. so noisy all night long, and too hot to have the window closed. barely any room in the bedroom to move around, its really squished. and there is only one shower per floor, and one toilet for females per floor too (ditto males). Tiniest sinks. way overpriced for what it is. otherwise, friendly staff and the internet is fine.

This was the first hostel on our 5 week trip and we were very happy with it. We had a nice private room for 2 with its own sink/mirror. They have a kitchen which was nice for making our own meals as Switzerland is very expensive and balconies with tables on each level to enjoy meals on. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. It was in a nice, safe location and close enough to walk everywhere.

The is no Wifi in the hostel. When we speak to the Staff in the hostel that the WiFi do not work, but the Staff (Man) said that he does not know. We were treated coldly by the Staff (the man)
