Very good place to stay, excellent staff. My complete recommendation for you to stay in Venice. Also it is very near the main shopping streets.

If you want to comunicate with this hotel, better use the phone as the e mail. There is a confusion between the hotel and the B&B. Don't book the room nb 7 (a lot of stairs, very hot, no view).

Lion Morosini Palace was a great place to stay at for our 3 day Christmas trip in Venice / Verona. The staffs were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The coffee / hot chocolate / latte machine was great in the mornings. The experience was very good overall. We were a group of 4 and stayed in room #1. The only recommendation I would give is to install some shower curtains so future guests don't have to worry about splashing water onto the floor when they shower.

The phone number informed was wrong and adress was incomplete. We arrived at Venice almost midnight, there were nobody on the streets and for that reasons was pretty difficult to find the place. Venice is a small city, with lots of similar streets and it's so easy to get lost in there.
