Staff very nice. Unfortunately there is no safety. It is worthy if you're spending one night.

Had a lovely stay here. Very helpful and welcoming owner, good atmosphere. There is a nice big kitchen where everyone chilled out together in the evening.

This is not a hostel. It is a lousy, unprepared house taking advantage of the lack of hostels in the city of Angra. 1) Children bunk-beds where I could not sit straight to get my shoes on. 2) Security was non-existent as the main door could be opened from the outside. 3) Breakfast is from 8h30 to 9h: very late, very specific. 4) MOST IMPORTANTLY, bathrooms were few (2) and filthy - there was NO CLEANING during the days I stayed. That and there was no water at the busiest times. A real RIP-OFF!
