Beautiful place, with the best riverview terrace. Very nice staff and atmosphere. Clean and large common spaces.

This might be the best hostel i've ever stayed in. Reluctant to be too positive in my feedback in case they're full the next time i visit Lisbon! The hostel and the city were perfect. The staff are outstanding - genuinely nice and most welcoming. I shall return!

It was perfect, the place is amazing, you would never believe you are in a Hostel! It’s a last century palace, with amazing views to the river, great terrace for a glass of wine at the end of the day, barbaque in the garden if you go with firends...And very firendly staff!! The place is spotless and calm and in the very city center. Totally worth going there!!

Absolutely marvellous views and very helpful staff. I arrived with a friend on a wheelchair and everyone was so helpful. I suggest having a lightweight aluminium ramp - instead of the wooden one. But I strongly recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Lisbon. No wonder Portugal has the best hostels in the world!

It was a pleasure to stay here, nice location, wonderfull building, very helpfull staff. Breakfast was one of the best ever had in youth hostels. Diner at the hostel was a very good one as well. One negative thing: we've tried 3 showers at the 2nd floor, 2 of them were really cold, and the 3rd one had too little waterpressure (but at least was warm).

En general un lugar encantador con un excelente trato hacia los huéspedes. Supongo que ya lo saben, pero las duchas podrían tener más presión de agua (para ser perfecto:).

Truly a one of a kind hostel experience. I have never been so impressed by a hostel...my hostel experience has been spoiled forever. I recommend booking early though, this place will get popular once people realize what an amazing hostel this is!

Excelente el hostel. Recomiendo ir al Pub Crawl con Sofía ya que fue una de las mejores noches. El hotel está muy bien localizado aunque hay que tener cuidado porque la zona se vuelve un poco oscura y rara por las noches.

Very nice hostel, but they start to be a bit careless for small damages and small littering (toiletts, lamps in bath, paper in corners for days, letteres on wall). coffee machine should be cleand every day metisculously inside! in this competitive market they should offer more suggestions for restaurants, bars. etc. than those listed in leaflets and guidebooks...com´on girls and boys: you LIVE in this fantastic city!

Seen lots of hostels before and this one was okay. We had a really nice room and the terrace is beautyful. Unfortunately we had to ask to have the bathroom really cleaned up. The toillets were clean from first day on. The sinks after asking and the showers stayed dirty and with a lot of (easy to remove) spots all around. Another point: We stayed there for 4 nights and no one even emptied out our basket in the room. So no cleaning up service for the rooms. We payed 26 € p.P./Night in a Double.

Full of grammar school kids, 40-50. Will the teacher slept somewhere else the kids racked the hostel. At 06:00 in the morning it was quite enough to sleep. The other guests except the school class had a horrible night.

I've been in a lot of hostels, but this one was the best. Perfect, that terrace was amazing in new years eve.

It was the best hostel I´ve been. It´s very modern, very clean, perfect location , easy to get from the airport or train station. The breakfast is very good, internet connection fast , they also have Mac computers to be used. I recommend to everyone.
